This statement is made by Guanajuato Tooling S.A de C.V, pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, to identify the steps that have been taken by Guanajuato Tooling S.A de C.V to prevent slavery and human trafficking from taking place in any part of its business and of its supply chain. This statement under the mentioned Act is referred to the financial year ended on 31 December 2025
